Questionnaire design
For many organisations questionnaires demonstrate a cost effective way to gather data from a large number of potential respondents. In some cases they are the only practical way to reach a group of people large enough to allow the statistical analysis of results. Therefore a well-designed questionnaire that is used correctly can gather important information that can can be used by you to measure not only performance and satisfaction but many different types of criteria.
Obviously, questionnaires are not restricted to paper only deployment. The emergence of the Internet enables organisations to reach a far broader audience for their surveys.
Ministry of Design can help you put together your questionnaire based on many years of experience. We can advise you whether to deploy your questionnaire electronically via CD-Rom, Acrobat or the internet or by using paper based surveys. We can also help you collate your harvested data, providing graphical analysis of the results.
