Producing your work

To enhance our design portfolio, we offer a comprehensive print/production service. Our aim is to take the ideas in our designs and carry them right through to the finished printed article, with the minimum hassle for you. Whether you require a simple leaflet or a complex report, exhibition panels or CD-ROMs, we can produce them all for you.

We are a progressive company, adapting to advances in technology by not only investing in the latest computer equipment, but also by forging links with like-minded external suppliers. These suppliers will have fulfilled our strict criteria for quality and working practices. Whether we are using single-colour docutech or six-colour litho printing, we demand the highest standards.

All our external suppliers are e-business savvy, and will usually offer full email and electronic transfer facilities. Our printers all have their own in-house reprographics department with direct to plate (dtp) printing systems, disposing of the need to produce film, so all proofs are produced as digital cromalins (colour proofs) or laser prints.

Path of a job

Before we start a job, we will endeavour to give you an accurate quotation, which will be valid for at least three months (to request a quotation go to our quotation assistant). Once you have signed off your job to print, we will put all the necessary files together and send them via the internet to our chosen printer. Alternatively, we can ‘burn’ a CD-ROM and send it to the printers. Within 24 hours, a proof will be faxed to us (or a digital proof sent). If you have requested one, we will fax or send you a copy of this proof, and it is at this point that you can request the assurance of a proof reading. Once the proof is signed off, the job will be printed, boxed to your specification and delivered to your offices, usually within five working days.

Why use us?

We handle more than £350k of print/production per year. This gives us very competitive prices, which we can pass directly on to you. However, if you prefer to use your own printer, we can supply you with all electronic files via the internet or on CD-ROM. In addition, we are always happy to liaise with your printer or organise your printing requirements for a nominal fee.

Finally, your deadlines are our deadlines and we’ll work as hard as you do to meet them.
