Format complex documents without worry. The information you add to the ‘new’ dialogue box will automatically be added to your document, in the right place with the intended formatting, and in the right typeface.

Specify default information such as names, addresses and phone numbers. This information will be stored on your computer and added to your documents where and when you specify, without the need for repetitive typing.

Access special menus with functions such as ‘go to’ to allow you to navigate your document easily. We can also add bespoke functions to your existing menus.

Click on invisible (in printing terms) buttons to do numerous useful things, such as navigate your document more efficiently or load your own help files, which we can tailor to your users’ information needs.

One of the main strengths of Microsoft Word is that it handles tabular matter very well. This makes it an excellent tool for producing forms and questionnaires. Using our extensive knowledge of Word, we can take the draft documents you have produced (be they in Word, Excel or any other text-generating software) and reformat them into effective and logical questionnaires. We can then produce the final document as printed material incorporating photographs or any other imagery you require.
